Recently I had the opportunity to visit La Jolla for a beautiful weekend getaway. There’s so much to love about the area. First, you have the weather, the spectacular views, the cliffs, and good restaurants. The drive down to La Jolla was picture perfect due to the hills and snow capped mountains.
While in La Jolla we stopped in to eat lunch at Georges at the Cove Ocean Terrace. We sat out on the back patio of the restaurant and enjoyed a great lunch and a glass of wine. I was fascinated by the view from this restaurant and couldn’t stop taking pictures.
The fun thing about visiting Southern California is that we are moving to the west coast this year!!! So part of the trip was sightseeing and also becoming familiar with the area. Loved the area so far, I can’t wait to get out there and enjoy the So Cal life.
